DIE-CASTING
ZAMAK allows us to obtain very precise components with very low tolerances and ensure constant quality both in small and large series.
The development and the evolution in this technology permitted ZAMAK to be competitive both in terms of costs and technical features of mechanical resistance, and environmental protection.

A PRESS FLEET
from 5 to 125 tons; press capacity from 0,1 to 1500 gr. It includes 2 types of machines: traditional (FRECH-AGRATI) and TECHMIRE (Dynacast Technology), all run by PC.
Thanks to our qualified technicians, these machines allow us to maximize the finished product and to operate in a wide range of sectors, such as:
furniture accessories – car and car parts – household appliances – electronics and electro-mechanics – agricultural vehicles – mechanics – motorcycles – oil-hydraulics – locks and window and door frames – DIY and professional tools and others.

A FINISHING DEPARTMENT
and a machining department allow us to supply our customers with a more and more reliable and complete “turn-key” service.
The components can be sand-blasted, tumbled, bored, cut, threaded, turned, assembled, painted, galvanized or can undergo any other kind of treatment or finishing that the customer may require.

The TOOLROOM
equipped with modern appliances and supported by our Technical Department.
It can offer our customers technical advice for the best realization of the components, as well as the study, the design, the manufacture of dies, and complete maintenance coverage.
