SEAM srl has been operating for over thirty years in the ZAMA die-casting sector and is specialised in small and medium-sized castings. It has been ISO 9002 certified since 20/09/1995 and ISO 9001:2000 certified since 10/10/2002.
The company’s high degree of specialisation and long experience have enabled it to successfully overcome the problems typically associated with the casting process, such as microporosity and the forming of ultrathin-walled parts.

SEAM Srl directly employs 32 people and boasts a turnover of over € 2,800,000, 85% of which comes from the domestic market and 15% from abroad (Switzerland, France, Belgium, UK and Brazil).
The production site occupies a total indoor surface area of 2000 m2, divided as follows:
- 150 m2 for offices
- 350 m2 for the tooling department - furnished with high-tech equipment and a latest-generation CAD-CAM system
- 500 m2 for the foundry department - machines equipped with robots for handling parts and ultra-high-speed, cutting edge machines (DYNACAST type) for high-precision casting of small parts
- 500 m2 for completely automated surface finishing processes such as: sandblasting, tumbling, polishing, etc...
and secondary machining operations such as:
CNC turning, threading, shearing, etc...
- 500 m2 of storage space for raw materials, semi-finished and finished products
